*** One Team Mate is working while other Team Mate is doing Situps with the Rock across the chest. Team Mates decide how to Partition Movements. Both Partners must begin and finish at same time whether doing the movement or doing the Rock Situps. If the Partner doing situps stops to take a break they must immediately switch places. On the 800m Run Partners may pass the Rock back and forth between them however every time they stop running they must drop and do 3 Burpees each. No Walking!! Rowers can wear weighted vests.
