Let's Get Started If you’re an adult and new to CrossFit, you must complete our On Ramp training before you can join our CrossFit classes. Our On Ramp program will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and provide you an introduction to our various programs and how our classes work so we can find the best fit for you.
On Ramp is not required for Boot Camp, CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit Teens or any of the CrossFit Kids programs. You can learn more about our different membership options by clicking on them below. If you are a visiting CrossFitter, drop-in is just $15. We don’t believe in Contracts. Memberships are month-to-month. We do require auto-pay until cancelled for ease of billing.
