2018 Programming Changes
We are starting this 2018 off with a change in programming. We will still have a nice blend of strength and conditioning that will aide in the goals that brought you to CrossFit SolaFide. We understand that some of our athletes would like additional strength, conditioning, and/or skill work so there will be a section posted called ‘Additional Work’. The additional work can help you build strength in some of the movements you feel need work and they will also work on skills that you may want to get better at. You may come in early, stay after class or utilize our daily open gym time to complete this work. The scheduled classes will have priority, but the coaches are aware of this change so you just need to communicate with them to ensure no conflicts with equipment or space.
