Our Pre-Teens program is designed for children 6th thru 8th grade. Program goals are to establish foundational fitness and motor skills to succeed in competitive youth sports programs as well as prepare them for more advanced levels of CrossFit. It is also serves as the transition from our more basic CrossFit Kids programs into our more advanced Teens program. All children are welcome, whether they already have CrossFit/athletic experience or are looking to start a new adventure in athletic fitness. Our program will challenge your children in the areas of strength, balance, agility, coordination, speed, and endurance in a fun and engaging atmosphere under the watchful eye of a qualified trainer. More importantly, it’s a fun way to help them develop positive habits as a means to develop and maintain lifelong health and fitness.
