Our Progressions classes bridge the transition from On Ramp to our CrossFit classes. You will participate in our CrossFit programming but movements will be broken down and reviewed with a focus on developing proper mechanics and technique before adding the weight and intensity. Athletes will receive extra coaching and modifications to fit their individual needs. We highly recommend that our athletes participate in this class for several weeks after completing On Ramp depending on their needs.
