There will only be 1 Fundamentals Course this Week. It will be tonight at 530pm.

You do not need to pre register. Just show up a few minutes early to fill out paperwork, bring water, and $5

Kid/Teen WOD:

Warm up:   3 rounds
         30 sec monkey hangs
         50m sprint
         10 push ups
SKILL:  Double unders/jump rope skills
WOD
 7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadlift
Push ups
100m sprint
