CrossFit Endurance Program
Our CrossFit Endurance Program will be Starting Next Week!
All Class times are listed on our Calendar.
You DO NOT have to go thru On Ramp to Participate in the CFE Program. You do; however; have to be a member. You can join by clicking on the Membership link and choosing which program you would like to do. Drop In Class or you can sign up for 2/3/4 days per Week. If you are a CrossFit SolaFideÂ member already and you have completed On Ramp you may either add additional days to your program, you may utilize your current days for a CFE class, or you can pay a drop in fee of $5/class. I would encourage you to come in and try the classes out to see if they are what you are looking for!
CFE Classes will be 1 hour in Duration. They will consist of Mobility, Running Technique, Running Drills, and a CFE WOD. WOD’s will be focused on Speed, Endurance, and Stamina. There will be Sprints, Interval and Tempo Training, and Time Trials. Please come with Short Term and Long Term Goals in Mind. If you have a watch please bring it with you as well as a notebook or journal. We are really looking forward to the program and excited to work with anyone who is interested in personal improvement.
