  • What year did you start CrossFit?
  • Why did you get into CrossFit?
    I wanted to become a stronger runner and more well rounded athlete. I also needed to find a new tribe having fresh landed in Clarksville knowing not a soul!
  • Why did you become a trainer?
    I love sharing my passion with other people. From nutrition, to running, to this new-to-me thing called CrossFit!
  • What’s your favorite movement in CrossFit?
    Power Snatches make me feel She-ra and I really LOVE burpees! Seriously!
  • What is your favorite cheat food?
    Is beer a meal? I am a pizza, hot wings, and chips and salsa fanatic! oh! and anything chocolate/peanut butter!
  • What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
    Define hero? It changes by season I think…and usually not your typical WonderWoman, Superman, etc. In this season of my life it’s Des Linden (Boston Marathon Winner) or Shalane Flannigan (NYC Marathon Winner) those are on the celebrity scale.
