I was born and raised in California, and thanks to the Army I have traveled all over the world since the age of 17. I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life; constantly seeking adventure through physical endeavors. I first encountered CrossFit while stationed in Hawaii, and it has played a major role in my life ever since. I find CrossFit so addicting because it doesn’t just provide you with a multitude of physical benefits.
The outlook change I have received is indescribable. Most people wait all day to lie there head down at night; I wait all day for the moment I walk through the doors of this box. The community that it builds is what keeps me coming back. I’m currently pursuing my degree in Sports and Health Medicine with the hopes of becoming a Physical Therapist to further help people in their pursuit of health and fitness. When I’m not participating in a WOD, you will find me rucking, horseback riding, grappling, adventure running, swimming; literally whatever I can get my hands and feet on I’m trying it out at least twice.
