As I took the time this weekend to get to know Becky Sefscik through the web, social media, and from reading the hundreds of messages from her friends and family…there were a few things I walked away knowing about her.
Becky was strong. She was confident. She was capable. She was an encourager and a lover of people. She took chances and she was a dreamer. The middle picture I borrowed from her personal FB Cover Photo and I think that sums her up well. Be Brave. Be Kind. Be Wise.
Today we honor her life in an effort to raise awareness. What a tragedy it is to lose someone, anyone to suicide. Becky was a Navy Veteran and suffered from PTSD; Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
