WOD: “Nancy went Nuts”

Typically Nancy is 5 RFT: 400m Run/15 OHS. We are putting it all together today. Complete ALL of the Run first then complete ALL OHS.

2000m Run

75 OHS (95/65)

LV1 and LV2 should NOT be doing OHS and this also includes anyone that has a prior shoulder injury, shoulder issue, depth issue, ankle issue, or can not fully lock out and stabilize the shoulder. LV1 should do Back Squat and LV2 can attempt PVC OHS if strong shoulder overhead position can be demonstrated.

Rest as Needed. Then:
