No stopping or setting BB down to rest. Once you finish you are done. Score how many Reps you got out of the 50. Perfect score is 50.

Then: As many Reps as Possible at 60% of your Body Weight


B. Spend 10M Warming Up to 75% of your 1RM on the Snatch

EMOM 12M: 4 CTF Pushups + 1 Snatch @ 75% of 1RM


C. In Remaining Time Row or Run as much Distance as you can as Quickly as You Can
