For Everyone Else! Saturday is our R4 Relay and Doors Open at 8am

Child Watch is Provided starting at 830am and going through out the duration of the Event

You DO NOT need to be part of a Team to Participate

Everyone is Encouraged to come and Participate. You will be able to choose your Level of Participation from the List Below. Looking forward to seeing all of you at the box and raising money and awareness for The Station Foundation supporting The Special Operations. 

CFE Level: 10K Run

Level 1: Progressions and Beginners. You will Complete a Modification of the CF WOD listed Below

Level 2: 5K Run

Level 3: 5K Row

Level 4: 5K Ruck (Bring your own Ruck or Wgt Vest or use our Sandbags)

Level 5: 20K Bike Ride (Bring your own Bike)

Level 6: Run 5K, Ruck 5K, Row 5K

Level 7: Run 5K, Ruck 5K, Ride 20K

Level 8: Complete the WOD Below

Level 9: Complete Any Combination of the Workload listed Above

200m Run

50 Pull-ups

200m Run

50 Ring Dips

200m Run

50 Box Jumps (24/20)

200m Run

50 Front Squats (165/115)

200m Run

25 HSPU

*Anytime you Rest on Any Movement longer than 2sec you must immediately Complete a 200m Run and then pick up and Continue Reps where you Left Off.
