* 1 Bear Complex = DL/Power Clean/Front Squat/Push Press/Back Squat/Push Press. Movements must be Unbroken for Rep to Count.  After DL the BB must Return to the Ground before completing the Power Clean. Push Press must be Fully Extended at Top.
