CFSF and SECF will be Teaming up to Raise money for The Fisher House. All Donations and Proceeds from MDM tshirt sales will be given for this Cause. You do not have to pre register and there is no charge for this event. Just show up the day of the event. Event starts at 8am this Saturday May 25th. First Heat will kick off at 815am and Heats will run every 20Mins. Childcare will be provided at the CFSF location (Thats us…MDM Event is at SECF directly across the street from us) No children will be allowed to hang out at the Event. It gets too busy. Even if you dont want to WOD you can still come to cheer on and support. You will be allowed to partition movements and you will also have the option to do the WOD with a Partner.

MOD: Pullups : Butterfly and Kip Technique. Discuss importance of Strict Pullup as well. Do not work to the point of ripping or tearing hands. Just get in enough skill work to see how you will need to scale for Saturday MDM. Work M-Up if you are proficient in both Butterfly/Kip PU.
