CF Time Trials:
Each Movement is an all out effort. You will receive 5Mins to Complete Each Movement. Score Time completed or Total Reps Completed in 5 Mins alloted. You will receive 2 Mins to Rest between each Movement.
100 Air Squats: Bottom Below Parallel at Bottom, Fully Open Hip at Top
100 Push Ups: Chest to the Deck at Bottom, Full Lock out at Top
100 Situps: Athlete must Touch Floor past Feet at Top, Touch floor above head at Bottom
100 Pullups: Full Extension at Bottom, Chin over Bar at Top
