Saturday Dec 14th is our “Claus for a Cause” 5K/10K/1M Fun Run!

All Proceeds and Donations go to benefit The Well: A Christmas Blessing providing local children with gifts for Christmas this year!

THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES AT THE BOX TODAY!! There is NO CFE, NO Progressions, NO CF, NO CF Core Today!!!

Please remember to bring an Unwrapped Gift for a Child of Any Age to this Event. We will have boxes designated at the Registration Table for you to Drop them off in.

Packet Pick Up and Registration begins promptly at 730am and will end promptly at 8am. Our 5K/10K will start together at the same time beginning at 830am. We will discuss route and other details with all athletes at 805am. Please do NOT be late!
