40 Thrusters  (105/75)

40 Box Jumps (24/20)

30 Thrusters  (105/75)

10 Thrusters (105/75)

10 Box Jumps  (24/20)

Then Go Immediately into:

100 Pullups for Time.

* Everytime that you let go or fall from the Pullup Rig you will Complete 10 Jumping Air Squats to a 6in Target. This is One WOD for a Total Time. There is No Rest between portions of WOD. Rest as Needed. Think about your Strategy for the Pullups in Advance. Progressions and LV1 will only do 30 Pullups and a 1000m Row. LV2 will Complete 50 Pullups and an 800m Run or Row. LV3 may use a Band, However; there will be NO Jumping Pullups Allowed.
