We have the Following Class Changes Starting this Week!
CFE Classes will now be offered Mon-Thurs @ 530pm
There will no longer be a 4PM CF Kids Class however; we have added a Pre Teen Class and Registration is Open for New Athletes in that Class
CFCore Classes have been cancelled until Spring
TTh Olympic Weightlifting Class with Coach Christian start at 630PM in Annex
Friday Yoga will now meet at 10am instead of 930am
