100M Sprint

Partners must stay together for the duration of WOD. Score 1 round when both partners have crossed the finish line after each 100M Sprint.

LV1: 1. 30-20-10-5 Ring Rows/Situps 2. Push Press Ladder 3. (18/12) Goblet Squat/ DB Press/Row

LV2: 1. 30-20-10-5 Push Ups/Situps 2. Push Jerk Ladder  3. (25/18) Goblet Squats/DB Clean and Jerk/Row
