EMOM 8 Mins:

Each Partner Does 2 Atlas Cleans to Shoulder (1 to Each Shoulder) @ (135/95)

Each Partner Does 2 Hang Snatch  (115/75) The Barbell may NOT touch the ground between the 2 Reps. You may catch the Hang Snatch in a Power/Split/or Squat Stance.

One Partner will do Atlas Cleans while other Partner Does Snatch then they will Rotate Movements. You may increase the Load on your Hang Snatch if both Partners are able to complete both Reps quickly and efficiently and within the 1M time. So EMOM each person will have Completed 2 Atlas Cleans and 2 Hang Snatch.
