930am we kick off with 10M of Burpees! We promised we would do these back in Dec in Honor of the Sandy Hook Elementary victims. Lets do these Burpees as a representation of our fight against Evil and as a symbol of the Goodness in this World…in spite of all the terrible things that happen everyday…there are those of us that aspire to make this World a better place.
WOD will start at 945am. Anyone is Welcome to come at 930am and Join us in the Burpees.
