    • Even- 20 abmat sit ups

conditioning

  • For time:
    • 15 burpees
    • 30 pushups
    • 20 ring rows
    • 25 push ups
    • 15 burpees
    • 20 bench press 135/95
    • 20 ring rows
    • 15 bench press 165/115
    • 15 burpees
    • 10 bench press 185/135
    • 20 ring rows
