Our Homeschool program is designed specifically to meet the fitness needs of our growing Homeschool community. We offer both a CrossFit Kids program for ages 6-10 and a PreTeens/Teens program for ages 11-17. Both deliver a fitness that is by design broad, general, and inclusive, while teaching our kids how to properly push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Programming is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any individual regardless of experience. All workouts are scaled to fit your child’s needs. The instruction will not only include physical instruction and application but discussion, educational games, Q&A, while integrating other areas of homeschool curriculum in a fun and engaging way.
