Our Teens program is designed for your rapidly developing teenagers ages 13 and up and meets on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00. Led by qualified trainers who have extensive experience working with adolescent athletes of all levels. Whether your teenager is looking for off-season general preparedness training for sports or just a fun atmosphere to develop a greater level of fitness and health, our Teens program is great for all athletes. Workouts consist of constantly-varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and scaleable for any participant at any level. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that they need in life and will develop their ability to push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump.
