CrossFit Kids is designed for ages 5-8 and meets Tuesday 4:45-5:30. This program is engaging and challenging as it teaches basic and intermediate functional movements as well as push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump effectively and safely. The kids will practice integrity through their movements and completion of workouts. They will move their bodies in ways that will benefit them in their every day life of play and transfer well to any sport. The class always wraps up with a FUN game!
