Just a Reminder that today’s CFE Class will NOT be meeting at the Box…trying a Change of Scenery and everyone is meeting over at the Greenway at 8am Sharp! Hope to see you guys there for an off site run!

Doors open at the box today at 830am. We will be MOBing from 830-850am. We will open todays Tribute with Prayer and Pledge and Opening Comments. WOD starts promptly at 9am.

B. Turkish Getup Skill Work- 10M- Use all Available Resources

C. Box Jump Variation Drills: Max Hgt/1 Leg/Lateral Jumps/Box Overs/Box Hops. These rotation stations will be Set up as Drill work and you will work thru them as Quickly and Efficiently as Possible.  15M

Please DO NOT Jump on boxes if you are 1.) Scared 2.)Have an achilles or ankle issue 3.) Shouldn’t be Jumping on Boxes for other Safety Reasons

Instead work on Box Step ups. Put diff’t Hgt. boxes up against a wall and practice doing 50 Step Ups on Each Size.

Sprint Work: 3 Rounds. 3M Rest between Each Round.

6 by 50m Sprints. These are Turn and Go 50m Sprints. After you Finish your 6th one your 3m Rest Starts. Bring a stop watch if you have one. Score Fastest Round.

Coaches Skill and Movement Breakdown: Split Jerk (With PVC or Empty BB)

Then: 8 by 2 Split Jerk from the Rack with Increasing Load.

A. “Karen Split”

Karen is 150 Wallballs (20/14) Full Depth Squat to a 10Ft and 9Ft Target…we are Guna Split it up a Little and see How it Goes! There is a 4 Minute CAP for Each Set of 50 Wallballs. If you do not finish all 50 Score Total Reps completed in 4 Minutes. Every Athlete starts on the Clock together at the Beginning of Each Round. For example if you finish your first set in 2 mins and 30 seconds you will rest for 4 1/2 mins vs just the 3 mins allotted.
